Liz has magical fingers and tailors each massage for exactly what you need, I see her once a week and she has really helped my chronic back pain. The room itself is also lovely, very relaxing with gentle music and soft towels and always a lovely smell. I felt instantly at ease here and always leave feeling very relaxed.
