good service. like any GP surgery you might have a bit of a wait, but this is down to cuts and the current government. all staff are helpful. receptionists are helpful and actually friendly. Dr's help and support is 2nd to none

Stoke Surgery is a shining example of a well run inner-city GP surgery, working hard to meet the every day needs of very high volumes of patients. The staff are professional and deal with queries efficiently - email responses are particularly speedy and they go out of their way to try and accommodate patient needs. As a family we're very grateful, well done!

Cannot fault this surgery. I've been with them for 22 years . I'll be the first one to admit I'm somewhat of a hypochondriac. But they listen to me. Never had a problem getting an appointment or call when needed

As always received great care from stoke surgery this week. Able to speak to reception staff who are aways friendly and helpful. Discuss care over phone and then have a face to face with a Dr.

I've recently moved from St Levans to here and it was the best thing i did! My doctor today was approachable, listened, took time to explore my options both for what i booked the appointment for and for an additional problem. I feel confident to go back unlike my last surgery. I've already referred a friend who was in the same situation (anxious about seeing rude doctors)

Best doctor's surgery I have ever been registered with anywhere. Receptionists are friendly, patient and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. There is, as the low rankers have said, often a wait to get through but in my experience this is only since the pandemic.
