i met Helen Coutts in late 2017 after having Slipped Discs earlier that Year. Following an MRI i engaged Helen for Cranial Osteopathy. Helen has this fantastic calm re-assurance that really inspires confidence and I cannot recommend her highly enough. So glad that I had the referral to Stillpoint- during some pretty dark days.
