Stevie B (the owner) is very accommodating and generous. He made sure I got what I needed. He let me use a spare lock he happened to have extra. Not saying he'll be able to give a spare lock to everyone, but I appreciated his personalized effort to make sure my stuff was stored securely. I had neglected to bring a lock. Thanks Stevie :)

Very Disappointed. Items were missing and damaged when we moved out. Staff for some reason had to access our unit.

Dreadful.moved me once and even though an amount was agreed.the fellas refused to take my ottaman bed apart..they stood there and watched my husband struggle.disgusting.

I only got to interact with the owner Steve and the Secretary for the most part. They are very kind people and understand people. It was a pleasure dealing with them. His crew guys are really nice guys too. I recommend

Avoid this company. Although at first they seem very pleasant, I later found out that they were both dishonest and untrustworthy. They moved my things without my consent. They placed them in a smaller unit and charged me the same amount. When I left, I found other people’s things in my boxes. Some of this included hard drives, disks etc. If you care about your things do not trust these people.
