Went in to complain as my new upvc door arrived with a grey panel when the frames black! Still waiting for a replacement panel 2 weeks later. Staff chasing it but nothing they can do ?? Also on same order glass missing for window, luckily it's an upstairs one ! Still waiting for that too

Won't use anywhere else great products staff always helpful and you just can't beat there prices.

DO NOT USE - Shocking company do not use. They falsely advertise dates on there website to get your money then the "fun" starts. I ordered a lantern which was advertised as a 5 day turnaround on the website, after I had ordered and paid I was then told its 4 weeks, After complaining I get told 3 weeks, on the day the item is due for delivery I get a call saying only the frame has come, another week passes I get a call saying the glass has arrived but they broken it. So another week passes and they deliver one piece of glass to which the delivery driver tries telling me he has already delivered the other 3 which is false so after a few back and forth of no you haven't yes I haves he realises he hasnt brought them all. After complaining again and again and stating I want compensation for the extra cost for having to keep cancelling my window fitter Chris the branch manager tells me he will sort something but now just ignores my calls. This company is an absolute joke and the branch manager is clearly in a position he cannot handle as his customer care is appalling he says on the phone he will get back to you and never has the common courtsey to do so. Really wish I had used another company other than these as the stress they put on my pregnant wife over this was disgusting behaviour. I will be informing trading standards of the false advertising in the hope this prevents them from doing it to someone else in the future.

The place to buy from if you like scratched windows and no after care support, knowledgable staff but terrible service if something is wrong. Had to buy elsewhere and re install.

Worst UPVC Supplier ever!!!! Haven't got a clue what is going on. Was waiting 6 weeks for a white window. Area Manager Sarah is clueless, lives in a fantasy land. The branch manager, I think his name was Chris, just looks around for help when you ask him a question.Would not recommend.
