Absolutely shocking after service. Been now waiting over 4 years for these guys to get their act together and properly repair a window from the start of a new build. In fairness they have been round about 5 times over the last 4 and a half years but still not got it right. Now they won’t return my calls nor advise why they won’t confirm what’s happening? Very poor service

Used Stevenswood for 3 years now for windows and doors and have always been happy with the product. Always get a good laugh with the staff who are helpful and if any issues have come up they’ve had them sorted out quickly. Good service overall!

I buy my 90% of Windows and doors from stevenswood Aberdeen as i have my own construction,joinery company and have dealt with them for the past 8 years. Find the staff very helpful especially Dee the brach assistant with orders, deliveries and finding out further information on u-values ect when required to meet architect,building warrant specifications I've had minor issues in past as you get in the construction trade but find issues are resolved quickly.

On the surface they're a good bunch who are keen to help and offer a good service. The problem is quality and when you receive something of sub standard then they don't want to know. Veka windows all went in well and were delivered as promised on the correct day, all the sizes were correct and there was no visible damage. Throughout fitting the windows I noticed a few manufacturing errors that I corrected myself as it was just about moving security latches that had not been lined up. The final window was installed and I noticed that one of the sashes was not lining up with the others, on closer inspection the mitre on the sash had come apart. I've reported this to Stevenswood who say I must pay for a new sash as it wasn't reported within 48hrs of delivery. Even the most careful of inspections would have missed this as the split is only visible on the inside as the outside is fine. They're not prepared to take responsibly for poor quality, my next step is trading standards. Attached photo of supplied sash. An update to the situation: they've agreed to replace the sash but still waiting after a year, my windows don't lock properly as lock keeps were missing.

I have been waiting since last September 2019 to get my windows fixed and door cassette replaced. After service is shocking. They phone you saying that will get back to you and never do... already sent an complaint via wed site with no reply.... surprise surprise. If I known now, how they treat you after you spend good money on 13 widows 2 doors and a patio doors would of went elsewhere..!! Just an update on my last post.... after being told the manager will phone me that day after a month still nothing. I thinking of taking this further
