Stevenson Massage – edinburgh

I follow Stevenson massage on instagram and he has some really informative videos on various stretches which I've found so beneficial whilst working from home at a desk. I recently went as I felt I had pulled a chest muscle but it actually stemmed from just above my shoulder blade. Jack was great, released tension and gave me ideas on stretches I could try at home. Would thoroughly recommend. Really clean, professional set up.

After experiencing issues with my lower back for many years now, and after various visits to different experts, I found Jack whilst doing a quick search and after a few questions online with very quick responses I booked in. Convenient location, reasonably priced. Office is located in a very presentable business building. Therapy room is professional, clean and cozy. Jack also is quite professional and provides a very therapeutic massage, concentrating on the areas discussed, while observing COVID-19 precautions. My only suggestion would be to perhaps provide a bit more of a relaxing atmosphere (mood lighting, meditative music, aromatherapy, etc), but this is solely due to my previous massage experiences. All in all, a great massage, and I will return
