Absolutely shocking.... (Updated following reply) - Smart response & you are correct, I am no longer a customer of your pharmacy. Based on the other reviews here, it’s clear I’m not alone. PS you’re a ‘patient’ of a Doctor, we are customers at a pharmacy. Perhaps this is the root cause of your customer service issues.

I have been using this pharmacy for years. Every time I have used it the staff have been very helpful and they have given me lots of advice on many occasions. They also have advised me on how to reduce the cost of the prescriptions because of my medical condition.

Super efficient, I've never had to wait more than two minutes for a prescription and have often dropped in for some helpful advice. Really useful to have a local pharmacy so they will continue to be my first port of call.

On 3rd April 2020 you charged me £19.99 (confirmed with the HSBS Bank) for 500ml of Medicare Effigerm First Aid Spray which you were selling as hand sanatizer. I know hand sanatizer was scarce and people were prepared to pay this at the time but it was ridiculous and opportunistic. I am a local resident, I live in Burton Road I paid for it by card in the shop. I have even stopped having my prescriptions delivered to your pharmacy, I walk to Didsbury Village instead. I'm so fed up of feeling like a mug every time I see this bottle in my kitchen that I decided to write a review.

I just wanted to say a big thank to this pharmacy. My mum and dad just moved in the area and we have so far used this pharmacy twice. My dad is very ill and need his medication on regular basis. Each time medication were ready on time. All medications were in the bag waiting. The staff was the most helpful and friendly. It seems like a good and very organised manager looks after this place, keep it up! We now feel more relaxed than ever collecting medication FROM sterling.
