Really wonderful 2 bedroom flat with fold out sofa beds to fit 6 people. Very secure with card scanning to gain access to the building and each floor. Cleaned regularly. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Really great stay.

Not bad, no tv in the bedroom for the one bed apartments which is the only thing I can be critical of! Breakfast had a pretty good selection but there is no kitchen so everything is self service. Actual aparthotel itself is very modern, in the heart of Manchester and has an outdoor car park attached (costs extra).

3/ 5

Very spacious accommodation in the centre of the city. Parking was not easily accessible however and was difficult to find. The amenities in the kitchen were great, but the bed was very uncomfortable. They seem to put two bed together to make a larger one, instead of having actual beds of larger sizes. As a result, there was a dip in the centre of the bed. Also, the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

From the moment my family walked in, we felt welcomed and respected by the considerate reception staff. Our apartment was well appointed and had everything we needed, especially the organized kitchen. An attractive design theme of sunny yellow and metallic graphite and black was consistent throughout the apartment. Our unit was at the corner of the building. It had a contemporary kitchen with new appliances which was open to a spacious dining and living area with comfortable couches (fold out beds) good lamps, excellent natural lighting and 180° wrap around city views. There was also a good sized flat screen TV which made for a fun movie watching experience with the kids. The two bathrooms had quality fixtures and large walk in showers. The shower heads put out good water pressure, and worked well. We would have preferred a hand shower along with the overhead one. The heated towel rack was appreciated. Plenty of electrical outlets and switches for appliances were helpful in every room, including 220/110V adapters for shavers in the bathrooms. The beds were soft and covered with good linens and duvets. We all liked the choice of pillows. Check in and check out along with luggage storage were painless and pleasant. The surrounding area had plenty of food, groceries and commerce, and we were only a few steps from the train station, which worked out well for our early departure.

I had previously stayed here in 2020 when myself and my 2 sons came for about a week and we had a thoroughly awesome time. Room clean, spacious and staff accommodating and helpful. When my wife and I were due to spend 2 nights in Manchester this week prior to our departure to the US, I did not hesitate to recommend staying with you again. I can only say that this visit was the complete opposite of our last visit. My wife checked in around 2.45pm on Sunday 2nd Jan (I was arriving later) and when she got to the room she found it had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower and the bedroom had debris under the bed. She reported it to reception and they moved her to another room. She dropped her bags in that room and then went to do a little shopping before meeting me at the station at 7pm and we both walked to the hotel. Upon entering the room I went into the bedroom and stood on a white sticky blob at the foot of the bed and then found more dirt and debris under the bed. I'm not sure what the sticky mess was, it wasn't gum and it makes me feel a little ill about it's possible origins. Looking around and under the bed there were pieces of torn tissue. The lounge area had a peculiar odor too. So, since we hadn't unpacked we decided to go to an airport at the hotel instead. We informed the girl on reception we'd decided not to stay and she got confused and said "we'll charge you for 1 night because you stayed last night" I corrected her and said we hadn't stayed any nights yet and didn't want to because it was too much effort to try and get a clean room. She informed us that we would still be charged for 1 night as a 'service charge'. Not sure how that works, being charged for a service that has clearly not been provided but it certainly changed my feelings about the brand completely. I attempted to contact the manager but heard no response.

I stayed here with some friends this weekend for 2 nights. A really great place to stay, accommodation - our room was like a good quality city apartment, the offer- bar, cafe and food and drink available 24/7. The staff were on point too. Special mention to Sinead, directed me to the car park and when i arrived in reception had already got my room card ready to speed up the check in - the service you get in 1 5* Hotel. Thank you guys. Great place and great service.

5/ 5

We stayed here for 5 weeks as my son was going through proton beam therapy at the hospital. Parking was excellent and secure. The beds were so comfy. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and that an ensuite shower room and a separate bathroom also with a shower over the bath. The kitchen had a small fridge with a small freezer space, a microwave, an oven, a hob, pots.and pans.and utensils, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large TV. The 2 sofas also pulled out into beds. There was more than enough bedding and towels for us all. The apartment was also air conditioned or heated with easy to use controls. The cleaning staff were excellent. Everything about this hotel was easy. The reception staff helped willingly with a smile every time. There is a co-op just to the right of the hotel so getting groceries was so easy. Its situated right near Manchester picadilly train station. An abundance of takeaways nearby
