Status Car Care manchester

Left my van for three days to be polished, nothing was done to it, and when collected it was same as before.....they have not even called to let me know, utterly shocking !!! Totally negligent and possibly racist, Not recommended.

Highly recommend this garage,great service great prices. I was amazed the first time I used this garage, the range of services and professionalism was 1st class and out of this world. I drive 30 minutes every time my car is due a service or needs anything doing to it. Their body shop is better than anywhere else I have used. Definately use them for all your car care needs.

Had the Total Care Valet today and i'm very pleased. After doing several trips to my local tip with garden waste, the car was in a bit of a state, but now looks spotlessly clean and smelling fresh. Will definitely be a returning customer . Thanks!

I had the whole front bumper changed last week - I must admit I was anxious if my car would look at least the same as before, but in fact they did a very good job. I paid slightly more than I was quoted, but still cheaper than in a few other places I got a quote from. The reception was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend, THANK YOU!

Not an impressive service. Ordered 6 cans of oil. 3 turned up with Hermes. Assumed the other 3 were still on the van so dropped an email to be told the order was split for weight reasons and would be here tomorrow, 5 days later contact them. Turns out a different courier had been used, it wasn't for weight reasons at all they had just forgotten to send the second box. To add small insult to injury the free item that should have been included, wasn't. Tldr version. Got what I ordered eventually. Good price but poor service.

DO NOT USE this company, we have purchased a tank of Adblue with a feed pump. The order was almost 8 days late, didn't listen to delivery instructions and the feed pump didn't turn up. Spoke to customer services twice who are "taking it up" with the supplier, already paid for the items and are still waiting for the pump to arrive to be able to use it. Spend a bit money and taken your custom elsewhere, dreadful experience!
