Tip: please open a branch across in Yorkshire. My Indian friend in Bradford wants to bank with you but likes to have a branch near at hand if he needs to visit…He likes the personal touch !

Excellent staff,service. I was able to open my account within an hour after submitting the required documents. Priya, Riddhi briefed us about the banking options and benifits available. All the questions were answered to our satisfaction.

Went there to open account. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Forgot to take some documents, they were patient till we managed to get them. One staff especially Ms Balakrishnan was very helpful and clear about the whole process. I only wish the branch was closer to home, had to travel 3 hours. Thanks SBI

Had a wonderful experience ,to get an account opened. Being a newcomer and because of covid issues faced lots of difficulty in opening an account with other banks. With SBI UK manchester could open it within a day. The staff are extremely helpful and efficient at their work. I would like to thank all the staff especially Mr. Shamus and Ms. Bhumika for their extra efforts in getting the things done smoothly. Would definitely recommend banking with them !

I have an internet based account. I can't access my money. Called them 15+ times. The internet interface is terrible. The staff at headquaters are unhelpful. Can't get through to Manchester branch. Not receiving any OTP's. At the train station in Yorkshire waiting to get a train to Manchester just to close my account and get my money. Only account i have ever had problems with. Why have an internet bank if the web interface doesn't work!

I had tried to reach several times to customer care and also Manchester branch office, though site says office is opened , i will be later forced to option to listen the OFFICE IS CLOSED. Also the mail box is always full where we can leave any messages as well. It has been 3 months where i submitted all the documents and yet to receive my SBI card and other details. Not sure what they are doing in the name of service. I am really frustrated now.
