The salon is a great, easy to find location. Eli is a great therapist, makes you feel at ease and comfortable as soon as you arrive. I had my eyebrows microbladed and she talked me through the process, ensured I was happy the entire way through. I am delighted with the end result. Would definitely recommend Eli and Starlight salon!

Certainly lives up to the other great reviews! As I've recently moved back to London, I wasn't expecting to find such a high quality service on my first attempt. Went in for a Brazilian and full leg wax. Eli was both thorough and fast, as well as using high quality products and it was pretty painless compared to most other waxes. Very happy with the end result! I was so impressed with Eli I also got a haircut (dry cut) and love my new style. I will certainly be back - already planned to go in for a hair colour soon.

I've visited here three times for a brazilian wax as I wanted somewhere closer and cheaper than the place I went before. I will start off with the positives - the staff are polite and friendly and I have no issues with their manner or general customer service. It's located right outside the bus stop so it's super convenient and the prices are great. However, the last 2 waxing experiences weren't the best. I had outlined on both occasions that my skin responds badly to strip waxes. On both occasions, the ladies (I had two different ones) went ahead and use strips anyway, saying "it's not possible to remove some of the hair without using strips." At my previous venue of 3 years, they only ever used hot wax and tweezers. They never used the strip wax on that area. At the start of my last session I mentioned that I cannot have strip wax used as I developed an itchy painful rash where it had been used on the previous session. I was told "we'll use hot wax" then about 5 minutes in, the lady started using strips - I sat up and asked her again to not use them. Again I was told "I can't get out the hairs properly in those areas without the strips" - to which I said "the strips irritate my skin, my skin doesn't react well to them." She then agreed to not use it anymore, however she used a strip again but with some of the shorter hairs at the top - she did so very quickly, but I noticed. I've never had a wax at that temperature before either. It was so hot I felt burning. To be fair, she did ask if it was too hot, to which I said yes. She turned it down briefly but then said she would have to turn it back up as it was drying too quickly. I ended up firming it as I just wanted it to end at that point. I felt burning on the bus home after I had finished getting waxed which has never happened before if I'm being honest. The last two days, my skin has become red and itchy where the strips have been used again. All in all, I'm very unhappy with it, which is kinda hard for me to say as they were so polite and well mannered. This alone however, isn't enough - I will have to return to my old waxing salon for peace of mind.

Very unhappy with the haircut service... The worst haircut that I ever had.. I asked for a straight short bob.. The result was just uneven hair allover the back area.. Needed to book another appointment with another hairdresser to fix it.. Very disappointed..

Relaxing atmosphere and very clean salon, Eli was very attentive and professional. I’m really happy with my haircut, I will definitely be back again.

Had my nails refilled staff not always friendly.

I used to go here before pandemic... hope the salon will be back as soon as lockdown is lifted. The best waxing that I got in London!
