staff are helpful and friendly. sometimes a little too noisy for my liking. If i drink in i am taking a bit of me time away from the legal hullabub of being a solicitor ;-)

Unprofessional staff, left waiting for 5 minutes whilst staff chatting up a girl. Walked out!

The staff are very friendly and approachable... however they are tooo talkative and loud to each other, makes drinking coffee or doing some work impossible.

Too many children working here busy with their phones as opposed to focusing on making proper coffees. Result: too much variation in drinks e.g. cappuccino tasing like latte etc. Also takes time for drinks to be made. In need of a proper Manager to sort the place out, which by the way is desperately in need of a revamp.

Starbucks is always a great coffee stop for me and my family. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I do enjoy their coffees and how consistent they are. The last time I went, the lady serving me was so nice, helpful and upbeat that the experience was just great all around!

Dog friendly cafe. You can take your dog in, sit down for coffee. They even have complementary cup of whipped cream for your dog.

Awesome and huge space to work out of, study etc. There's a similarly big one in Swiss Cottage but this is closer

Rude horrible. During my Covid recovery I ordered food and they sent me the wrong order. Disgusting behavior from the woman who answered the phone. Couldn’t care less. Avoid! This place should close as they are nasty and obnoxious. I would give them minus 1 if I could. I am a vegetarian and they sent a meat option. The woman in the cafe said I should go and pick up my order?! Now will have to wait 10 days for my refund! What a nasty bunch! Can barely speak English and clearly hate Starbucks otherwise they would not behave like that! Should not be in jobs as they are incompetent and nasty!

I used to drive to Ealing Broadway or even as far a Gloucester Road to get the coffee I thought was the best in town. But now I’ve discovered the best one local to me and I am so happy every time I come here. The staff are always polite, tables are clean and the coffee is made to perfection. Would definitely recommend this Starbucks
