Looking a bit shabby but I suspect there are renovations due shortly and that's why? Very limited seating available as a result of tables having been removed. Staff were excellent however and the Italian lady who served us was super nice! Had a chai latte as it was later on in the evening and it was perfectly pleasant.

Sit upstairs because it's got aircon. Downstairs is the temperature I imagine hell to be. Usual selection of pretentious overpriced cakes and coffee. If you're a fan of Starbucks you won't be disappointed. It's EXACTLY like all the others. The best thing about it was the view.

Good place, upstairs, has more secluded feel to it,. Perfect to be amongst people but isolated from the busy street outside. Good place to people watch, relax and read a book, or study without being disturbed. My second home during my. Studies.

To be honest, this time I visited it was great. Kayleigh is a WONDERFUL ASSET to Starbucks, the two stars are for her. The reason why I put less stars is because of my last visit where the team member had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE and THREW ME MY DRINK. When I politely handed it back to her to say it wasn’t full she agressive my grabbed it splashed ice inside and threw it back. I have NEVER had that customer service EVER before.
