Every week they get my order incorrect despite them confirming their understanding of what I have asked for. I expect more from Starbucks and it is highly irritating. They always ask if I would like them to remake the order..... No I just want you to make it correctly the first time. It's not even a difficult order, so irritating. I would give it 0 stars if given the option.

Very dirty coffee shop, next time I will take pictures. The gentleman, I think his name is Carlos, who was on the till, kept on asking me "what?" Which was insulting as I know I was talking in the English language properly, not perfect, but proper enough to be understood, even I am Asian. Of course I snapped by saying, I am speaking in proper English here, can you not understand me?! Then when I finished with the order he came near the lady Barista and whispered something to which they both laughed. Very insulting and rude staff. Definitely will not visit that dirty, the dirtiest, Starbucks I have ever been in.
