Star Nails – sunderland

The service was good but in the last week r maybe or even that I have had my nail fall of twice so I won’t be going back there next time

service was terrible. Staff are ignorant and very abrupt. They never asked me if I wanted gel or polish. They cut my fingers whilst filing my nails and after seeing they were bleeding, then proceeded to accuse me of doing it myself! They then used the electric file to remove the polish and cut my fingers even more. They still had the arrogance to try to get me to pay. Absolutely shocking and will definitely not be returning. Do not go to this nail bar!

Friendly service and great quality. Always get acrylics/infills and gel. I've since moved to Newcastle but travel back just because nowhere there is the same!! Decent prices too. Normally a queue of a few people, but worth waiting.

Very rude the workers are Chinese and kid on they don't speak English! They constantly talk to each other and give the customer the feeling they are talking about them. They are only interested in getting as many people done as quickly as possible it's all about quantity over quantity.

I had a Costa coffee it was well made and tasted great

I really like the service here. I went to get my nails done on my birthday. I received a birthday greeting from the staff and received a 10% discount. great service. I will definitely come back next time

Great service but it took long time to get them done but it fine my said mam that she like her nails some people kept saying relax but I have adhd it hard
