Won't go anywhere else to get my nails done in BFD and I have been to a few over time. They listen and do. If you are not happy they redo. Colour selection is great. Staff are super friendly too and they now have the loyalty card! Bonus x

I would give 0 stars if possible. Went to this shop to get my nails done; after having them on for a month and one finger gently throbbing throughout the whole month; I took them off. The one finger was infected under my nail. After using antiseptic cream for just under a week to try and get rid; the infection had grown. It was now on the whole of the tip of my finger and under my nail. I had to go to a&e to get the finger sliced open to release everything, I went on a course of antibiotics as the infection was in my blood stream. The nail is now not connected to my nail bed and am waiting to see if it will grow out properly connected or whether I will need to get the nail removed. I have pictures to document the stages.

Paid 38pounds 7 days ago for this. There falling off and one snapped half off I had to cut the other half off complete waste of my time and money. 38 pounds grrr have to go have them redone elsewhere 🙄. Really don't recommend this place. That said the staff were nice and welcoming ..not all workers are professionally trained

I asked for a thin tip French manicure. Instead I got trashy, thick, over prices acrylics. Whilst the staff were really nice, they didn’t understand what I wanted at all. Because I showed the first woman what I wanted but I was passed onto three other nail techs. It’s just unprofessional that I had so many different techs and none of them understood what I wanted. I’m quite disappointed
