If you are looking for a brilliant way to exercise that combines group sessions with personal training then look no further. I've been a client for nearly 10 years now and cannot recommend Nigel enough. The way Nigel works is unique. His skills mean that your individual exercise needs are met, even when working in a group. Nigel takes care to understand the fitness and abilities of all his clients and supports everyone through the sessions he runs. If you have injuries he helps you look after them when training, and then recover from them. I've been to traditional gyms over the years and they might look cheap, but ultimately they are terrible value for money compared to training with Nigel. Each session is so different. I can't think I ever done the same session twice in ten years! So you'll never get bored.

Nigel has recently been of great support with helping to develop my own training programme. He has offered his professional advice and guidance from his wide range of knowledge, to help me personally achieve my goals. He always fully explains his methods and is always on hand to help improve my technique and to motivate me. Every time I see him in the gym, he is quick to throw in a new and harder exercise...just to keep me on my toes. Can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a skilled and professional PT.
