Had to go here to the MASTA clinic for a load of vaccinations for an up and coming trip. The nurse at the clinic was great and put me at ease, if you need vaccinations this is the place to go

Fantastic service from start to arrival in Australia cannot recommend this company enough.

Some very strong negative reviews here... however, I have used STA since 2005 (for 7 or so NZ trips) and have always had a great experience. That can’t be coincidence, surely? I’ll be in this weekend to book the next trip... let’s see if they live up to their excellent standard :)

I went in for some information on a holiday over the festive season last week and the staff were helpful and answered all my questions.

There’s a lot of bad reviews on here but my experience is totally opposite. I’ve been using Sta Travel for years now and they’ve helped my plan and set up flights, trips and visas from Australia to South East Asia! The customer service has always been fantastic (well apart from one experience but 1/10 isn’t bad) and the added extra of the ‘Multi Flex Pass’ adds so much ease to your travels - the Multi Flex Pass allows you to change your return flight and date multiple times usually at no extra cost, which of you travel leisurely like me is a God send. I’m very happy with them and I will use them time and time again!

Sta Travel has closed down. Am stuck in Chile waiting for refunds so I can get money to buy return tickets. I am rating 1 because of above. Before pandemic I always had a good service x.

Went in to book flights for Japan next year. The member of staff I dealt with was excellent. He was able to book flights easily, including booking a specific flight coming home and disabled assistance. I would highly recommend.

Great staff..nearly 8yrs I have been their customers and I'm really satisfied never disappointed,I have problems with my ticket once but they really quickly sort it out..always with Sta and never change to others.
