We've always booked with STA and they honestly cant be beaten. We've seen and had quotes from other travel agents but STA always organise the best trips for the best prices. Recently we booked our honeymoon with them and saw Ste at the Leeds Victoria branch. he was brilliant. Sorted everything out for us and was professional and friendly. We even had an issue with our flights and he sorted it out straight away for us. Thanks again Ste!

Be aware of hidden costs! Initially I was very satisfied by the customer service provided at this branch. However the budgeting advice I was given was completely sub par and I spent £1000 more than I had been told to allocate for spending money, the tours are not as good value for money as it first appears! I also recommend seeking your own travel insurance and opting for a debit card such as monzo instead of an STA cash card .

Extremely rude staff. I went in last week to make an enquiry to the travel clinic. The medical clinic was closed, a member of the staff gave me a number to ring (the number kept saying they are closed). Today I went back to STA travel and while I was explain to the girl the reason I was there the same guy that gave me the number came towards me saying very rudely ‘I’ve told you to ring the number I gave you!’ He didn’t say hello, he didn’t really want to hear why I was back. Well I’ll never step in again and I’ll definitely not recommend them.

Good for general travel advice but do not buy a "flexible" ticket from them, it's a total con. They say that there will be a small fee for changes but most of the times we wanted to change a flight it was cheaper to just book a new flight than change it through STA
