Do not let any of your mentally ill or vulnerable loved ones stay here. Do whatever else you can.
Just turned up for my annual review appointment along with another patient only to learn that appointment had been cancelled, Consultant on study leave and that an external party had rebooked us and sent a letter. No letter received by either of us. No text. No phone call. Unable to even have bloods done as no phlebotomist.
I have been a patient at SPECS since it opened. I have found the quality of care to be first class. Staff are polite and professional at all times. problems are referred speedily and everty care that can be taken is taken. NHS at its best.
I was born there in feb 1943
