Great doctors, helpful receptionists who always do their best to accommodate you, guaranteed same day appointments, and a fantastic online booking system (it saves waiting on the phone!). Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you for the care you have shown my whole family over the last 36+ years.

Great drs and staff. Been with them over 10 years. Dr Dawson is only dr to have taken time to get my disability properly diagnosed when I first joined Surgury. All the drs are great but he is my dr of choice lol

Reception staff are incredibly rude over the phone, when you go in, they’re ALWAYS talking to colleges and you can hear them talk about nails and boyfriend issues. Absolutely appalling. Ordered my prescription for before I went on holiday to my local pharmacy, instead, it was ordered to Superdrug in the center of town. 3 miles away from where I live. I don’t drive and I’m now stuck without my prescription WITH NO cooperation from doctors or receptionist. I’ve almost been with them for a year and they have NEVER been polite over the phone, NOT ONCE. This place needs to re-ivaluate everything they’re doing. Absolutely appalling.

Amazing surgery. Staff are friendly and helpful and I can always get an appointment - even if it's a 'sit & wait' appointment.

Iv just spoken to a lady who works on the desk called Maria, she was so pacient, kind and informative. Such a hard working lady who really made me feel at ease throught our phonecall. Honestly a credit to the team at st.neots. Thank you for your help.

I can not rate our Doctors Nurses and Admin staff enough they are all great, people always put up negative comments but I think they're all great. Thank you all for doing your best for us all 💖

Well I don’t even no we’re to start. Was treated so badly by this surgery because I had mental health break down because of them! They removed me from list as they said gp and patient relationship broke down! Never ever once was I rude or aggressive! I was very sick and was being ignored for that! I was being accused of all sorts again this was partly pharmacy fault as they didn’t check there books what I actually collected jist screens but they should of asked for proof what I collected from a pharmacy! Like a signature! Secondly I kept saying even to pharmacist I didn’t want to speak to her and certainly didn’t want to speak with reception staff about my health as I didn’t feel comfortable and GDPR wasn’t being followed! Again ignored. The staff were talking about me one day I did complaint Jist got letter to state that staff was sorry and wouldn’t happen again! I didn’t take it any further did I? After 4 weeks with new GP been given monthly prescriptions at correct DOSE for my condition! Been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis!! And IBD! And throat problem we’re need surgery and waiting for this! Again if all my bloods were looked at Properly this would have been diagnosed earlya and less suffering for me and you wouldn’t have had me needing to speak to dr so much. New GP and dietician picked issue with blood results from over a year ago, was sent for emergency MRCP and then diagnosed. Now having treatment and things are not as bad, but I wouldn’t have suffered for so long. Was with this surgery for 15 years and I had mental health breakdown which they should have realised, I’m not difficult patient I was poorly and in a lot of pain no one was listening, I feel so let down by this surgery I really do I’m still shocked. I asked for copy of my DR NOTES never received it so I could take everything further but never got it. I suffered for so long and I just never thought they would do what they did without really looking and realising I was very unwell and wasn’t me! Nancy

Phoned up yesterday (17/11/2021) to sort out an appointment to talk to the doctor I spoke to on Monday (15/11/2021) as I was told to by the doctor if the meds don't help my son got told I will get a call today by the receptionist and had no call so I called them back and apparently no pnone call was made and nothing was put down for me to speak to the doctor so my 9 yr old son is left to suffer this surgery is a wast of space and I'm furious that they did this how can a surgery mess people around like this when it involves a child. The surgery should be closed down or the staff should be replaced

Left me in severe pain for over 3 years, took having seizures and being taken to derriford to find out that i had to have major surgery for a large tumor. Receptionists always try and force you to use push doctor when the app doesnt work most times.
