A year later .... Been promised a complimentary stay voucher as when me and my partner stayed in this place last year ( may ) the heating was on full blast all night and throughout the night there was plenty of bugs flying around ...asked for a manager the day after ... No one to speak to ... Emailed called to chase up the complaint and being ignored.

A beautiful secluded building in green and beautifully kept grounds. Ideal for a celebratory venue or conference centre. The staff were pleasant and helpful Unfortunately, at a recent conference of around. 1 hundred delegates, there were only 3 ladies toilets available, one of which was out of order. This resulted in long queues, rendering it impossible to get coffee before the conference was due to restart. However, the coffee was so bad, that it was undrinkable. The food was also very poor - nothing but bought in premade and thrown together. Vegetarian food was squashed against fish and meat options and the staff had obviously no real culnery training. Such a shame
