Staff are lovely but never get seen on time. My sons appointment was at 11 and we didn't see the doctor until after 12. Same thing happened last time too.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the kind ladies in the Cuppa coffee cafe! They was so helpfu lthis morning made me a wonderful cup of tea . !!Then phone for a taxi for me one of the ladies waited outside untili it arrived . If they was more people in the world like these Ladies it would be a wonderful world ☺Keep up the fantastic work ladies your a credit to the Hospital .

St.Lukes Pain Clinic avoid at all costs. Waste of time and no treatment At any facility within 5 minutes Chronic Pain Syndrome was diagnosed but according to St. Luke's Pain Clinic that is just a mental issue Avoid!

Very supportive and friendly staff, very good located hospital, lots of parking space but unfortunately not free. Due to health problems we do attend this hospital quite a lot and have had lots of different appointments in different departments, all of them with very good staff. If St. Luke's hospital did not exist, we would have had to go to Bradford Royal Infirmary. So very happy with it.

Terrible experience with nurse witch was taking me blood.Very Nasty behaved nurse(Asian) and I had all week big blue bruss on my hand.Very painful all process and 1 week afterwards. No more!

Came for an xray this morning.Receptionist what an attitude she has got.spoke to me like dirt..at the end of the day shes a receptionist nothing special .needs to learn people skills.

Not informed of 40 mins late appointment or that our specialist we have had from the start 3 years ago was off. Pointless visit didn't get any answers appointment with a different Dr was very hard work. Usually much better organised
