4/ 5

I was last treated here around the start of the "Pandemic" in March 2020, but have visited many times before - both as a patient and seeing relatives. Whenever I've visited, staff have always been helpful and courteous. They seemed to be thorough in all their checks, taking the time to explain pros/cons of different health options, while respecting patient choice. I would definitely recommend this A&E over the Leeds General Infirmary which is a total disgrace! Keep up the good work St James'! 👍
