Visited this dental practice for the first time, last week, having recently moved to the area. I am always anxious when going to the dentist. However, the service was excellent and I was so relieved. The Hygienist was so patient and also gentle when cleaning and has a great manner about her. The Dentist was also excellent and explained everything clearly. He would make an amazing teacher. I was very impressed and have encouraged my partner to go to the same practice. His idea was for me to try it out first! Highly recommend.

I do not recommend! My mom had a toothache so I found this practice due to good recommendations. Over 100 pounds were spent for a tooth filling, but it fell out after 10 days.

These cowboys are neglectful, ruthless, moneygrabbing and deceiptful. In early 2019 I was suffering from toothache so I made an appointment with [removed] and eventually decided the best course of action was to have the tooth extracted. "But at the extraction appointment it was absolutely horrible. For a start, I told Dr [removed] I could feel everything she was doing and how painful it was but she didn’t stop. Something was clearly wrong, and she finally aborted the extraction saying it would have to be completed at a subsequent appointment. When I got home that day the tooth was extremely painful. Two days later my face had swelled up to the size of a balloon. It was ridiculous. I immediately saw a different dentist who said massive infection was present in my face and neck. Then the swelling increased even more, and I was urgently referred to hospital where I stayed for three nights and they drained an abscess. After the ordeal I got in touch with Dental Law Partnership who specialise in dental negligence. On analysis of my dental records, lawyers from the firm claimed that Dr [removed] had failed to undertake his tooth extraction with due skill and care and had failed to achieve sufficient anaesthetic, which is why I was in so much pain during the attempted extraction. And this led to the excruciating pain and infections I experienced. Lawyers also noted that Dr [removed] had also failed to spot issues with my tooth at a previous appointment. It’s unbelievable. I went through all this because my dentists weren’t doing their jobs properly. Putting the pain aside, I still need corrective treatment which is going to mean yet more time in the dentist’s chair. It terrifies me. If the dentists had undertaken the correct treatment in the first place, my problems could have been avoided.

Absolutely awful, I have great teeth, have gone to the hygenist every 6 months for life. Yet, the dentist here claimed I needed all kinds of work. To top it off, during an exam she poked a hole in the back of one of my teeth. I looked at it when I got home with my USB microscope because it seemed strange at the time, she was grinding into one of my teeth with a sharp metal impliment for no apparrent reason, during the initial examination. And yes. low and behold a hole had appeared. I have no idea what their thinking was, perhaps it was to create more work later. Ive since had another dentist fill it in, so it wouldn't get bigger as it surely wouldve become an entry point for bacteria.

Excellent Service. Efficient staff, COVID secure and the best dentist I have experienced. Contacted St George's when my regular dentist could not see because they were busy. The dentist saw me as an emergency, referred me to a local Endodontist and fitted me in at a time that is convenient for me to complete the works afterwards. Staff and facilities of the highest quality. Could not be more happy with the service I had.
