Absolutely awful. We booked a room here as we had a gig in Glasgow and thought the location was decent. We felt uncomfortable as soon as we entered. There were plenty of rowdy characters roaming around the corridors and reception. The decor is horribly dated and everything looks like it hasn’t had a good clean in years. The floors of our room were slanted to one side, the bathroom has seen better days and our bedsheets and towels had horrible stains on them. Our kettle was filthy and the room had an awful smell. As said in other reviews this place is used to house the homeless, drug addicts and alcoholics. The door to our room did not feel secure at all. You’re belongings are not safe here. We lasted 2 hours in our room and upon realising that we weren’t going to get a refund we booked a room at Euro Hostel in Glasgow (100% would recommend) however I would not recommend this place to anyone, it should be shut down.

Good price if you like missing wardrobe doors, leaky windows, holes in the bathroom, potentially rats in walls and floors, rubbish shower and mess in the toilet. But, the location is great.

Toilet broken, sink cracked, bed sheet badly stained, mattress not comfy could feel every spring. Floor slopped so badly it was like climbing a hill. Lots of tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits which is great. Great location for SSE Hydro as just a walk along the Riverside on a nice night. Plenty of shops near by. Just a shame the hotel isn't as clean as it could be if some money was spent on it.

If Norman Bates went into business with the family from Hills Have Eyes, they could take inspiration from this place. If you don’t fancy the risk of catching lice, avoid this place.

Hotel location is either OK or not, depending on needs.. having a car, then no parking.. otherwise centrally located.. My low review is down to staff and room. Staff very challenging even when proven wrong and 1. No remote 4 TV.. was told maintenance department is close until tomorrow morning... 2. Fitted sheet was covered in hair. Seems like they didn't change and was told its all new and fresh.. after requesting to change, was told house keeping is away now until tomorrow, nothing they can do..couldn't even change rooms.. I did tell them am not staying and booking out.. a staff member came up, took pictures and still nothing done.. so I left.. Very poor customer service and in my case, hygienically unclean especially with covid-19 around..

Read my rating of the Willow Hotel. That rating was really for St Enoch Hotel. Staff at Willow are friendly and helpful and the building is very clean and tidy. Unlike This place! The St Enoch Hotel. No wonder Enoch "rose up to the heavens never to return and never dying" A place like St Enoch Hotel is a vile , put of corruption set up to milk the big fat city homelessness cow, with an insider making everything run silent. About 400k a month this group gets from government coffers. Just to house homeless
