My family and I have been with this practice for many years. In that time we hardly ever saw the same dentist more than twice. I have found them very patronising and rude. I have recently had a very upsetting experience - I am facing losing my teeth due to gum disease but the consequences/effects/symptoms or procedures were never explained to me. I booked a double appointment to TALK to someone so that I can make informed decisions and can stop panicking. I was so talked down to, ignored and then accused of not attending enough (I have attended so often that the dentist told me I didn't need to come the latest check-up!!). I would only say that they are only concerned with saving money and keeping you ignorant. DON'T GO NEAR THEM!!! Needless to say I have taken myself and family off their books and am in process of lodging a formal complaint.
