Amazing service. I have called the practice a number of times over the past few weeks regarding my mother in law, I must say the admin/reception staff have been most helpful and very patient with myself and family. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone within the area. Drs are brill, we had a referral and an appointment through within 7 days. If I lived closer I would be registering myself. keep up the good work

Called for an appointment when the phones opened. Second in line. Receptionist answered and said there were no appointments left. Told me I would be best going down the in the morning when they open in order to book as this is what people tend to do and the appointments go. I'm not sure why though as surely you cant book in person before the phone lines even open. Took the following morning off work and arrived before they opened. Went in...told no appointments left again. So if you cant get an appointment as soon as the phone lines open and you cant get one if your at the doors when the surgery opens, just when can you get one? Pushes people to go to A&E when we are told that should be a last option. Also find staff rude in the extreme wanting to discuss very personal details in front of people to see if they can offer you an appointment. They dont want an overview; they want specific details. Since when were they qualified to decide whether my condition requires the attention of a doctor?

Fabulous service... I have been a patient for over ten years now and I don't have one bad word to say about St. Andrew's. The care I have received over the past decade has been second to none! Keep up the good work.

I cannot praise this practice enough. I moved here from Eccles Gateway which was really poor. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the GPs listen. I can always get an appointment. Please ignore the negative reviews, these are usually from people who feel that they are not getting their own way.

I have been a patient at this practice for 27 years and have had nothing but the best possible care, and that includes my whole family. I am posting because I would recommend anyone to look at the St Andrews website: it is so well organized and clear. Particularly, there is a well being section that gives every possible way to get fit you can think of, and some I'd never heard of. Clearer than Google itself. I'm writing this because I'd emailed the practice totally independently to say this to them and they asked me to put it on Google. I can see why. Honestly, this practice does not deserve these negative comments because it isn't the full picture. People I know in other areas do not get this high standard of service. Especially in these covid times. I don't know what the others on here experienced, but the many happy patients don't tend to leave reviews.

My child had an serious eye infection and cough. The reception declined us a visit due to Covid19. We kindly explained to her that we all had/recovered from Covid19 recently (1 month ago) and we have immunity. However, without her being medically trained she refused any visit. We also couldn't make an official complain about this on the website as the complain service/ page is not working and the contact-us page doesn't provide any email or text box (as it used to in the past).
