Very poor level of service. Borderline negligent. Never have any doctors appointments. Outright refuse to book in advance so if you have a job you virtually can never get an appointment as you have to ring up every morning hoping you get one. Recipientionist very unhelpful with little to no care. Guess it's a walk in centre I'll be going to yet again...

Been ordering prescription for the past 7 mth as info was on computer for myself to ring up because prescription had gone astray in post gone to ring up today no notice given get told to ring or take slip in this surgery is going down hill and do not care about patients and try to question your integrity as if I'm dishonest this is not professional what so ever and can not understand why information on myself ringing was removed. FACE IT I AM NOT A LIER AND I KNOW HOW I HAD BEEN ORDERING PRESCRIPTIONS FOR THE PAST 7MTHS PLUS

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is some sort of joke. There is no chance to make an appointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It is some sort of joke. There is no chance to make an appointment. At 8.15 after 15 minutes on line waiting there is no appointment available. Not mention you cannot make it for another day. Surgery operates from 8 to 18.30 with 10 minutes appointments and after 15 minutes there is no left? It is a joke. It used to be really good place but now I consider changing it. I spoke to lots of neighbours who already did it after years with this one as it became a struggle. If you cannot provide service for all your patients why you register new one?
