I used to buy from here frequently but it's gone downhill lately. I ordered a charm for my bracelet in April & was initially told it would take a week. 3 weeks later I went back & was told it would be another few weeks. 3 more weeks went by, I went into the shop again & it hadn't even been ordered! I was assured by the nippy assistant that I would get a phone call the next day to let me know it had been ordered. I'm still waiting for the call... Ended up buying the charm from another shop!

My daughter got her ears pierced at the Creswell Lane store on Saturday 7th November for her birthday. The lovely lady (apologies didn't get her name) was brilliant with my daughter and made her feel totally at ease, she spoke her through every step and was so reassuring and patient. The service was exceptional and I would highly recommend coming here.
