My partner and I had a great experience dealing with SRJ. From the initial call to them all the way to installation and courtesy call after installation. Allan the sales rep was polite and gave us a range of options for our windows, he put us under absolutely no pressure to sign. He also took time to quote us for extra work that wasn't included in the initial quote. Installation was done on the day and time that we were advised and the workmanship was/is excellent. Joiners very polite and cleaned up all of their mess, not that there was much. We would highly recommend SRJ to anyone and have already done so to a family member. We are also having some more work done by SRJ in the new year. Not the cheapest company but you get what you pay for and we value quality workmanship over a 10% saving. 5 🌟 from us.

I had a problem with the handle of my front door so called SRJ first thing Friday morning. The remedials team were extremely helpful, I was kept up to date and the people who came out were very pleasant and fixed the problem very quickly. Problem resolved by 4pm!

Lovely individual front door designs. Easily personalised, beautifully built and expertly fitted. Very pleasant, professional service. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quality product.
