You don’t understand how good this Thai massage is!!!! The staff are really kind... But I had always had this really bad back pain and their massage made it go away, there massage shop was really clean and tidy, well organised and smelt fresh.Their was a shower which was surprisingly really clean and had the things you needed for a shower. The prices are not too bad to say their massaging you for one hour, They gave you what ever you needed when you needed it, when you come in and leave you get a little something they give to you.The only bad thing is their is one staff member who smoked, apart from that every thing you need in a massage shop was great.Another bad thing about this massage shop was I think they wanted a tip, but who doesn’t like money ;) YOU SHOULD TRY THIS PLACE OUT ITS AMAZING!

Totally disorganized. The massage was constantly interrupted by phone calls and squabbles with other staff members. I complained and was offered £10 off the next appointment by way of compensation. I decided to give them a second chance, but they then refused to honour the £10 discount despite them writing it down from the first appointment. PLEASE AVOID!

Disgusting behaviour! Absolute joke! While receiving massage I was made to passively smoke as there were people who began smoking in the premise! I also found them very dishonest about prices, I was charged £30.00, gave £40.00 and was told I would receive my change afterwards. As I was living, I asked for my change and they began asking for a tip. As I stated that I did not have extra money and needed my change for bus fare, they persisted that I should give them a tip! Then dawned to me that they were demanding for my money as they were refusing to give me back my £10.00 change. To my surprise, one of the women who was smoking and claimed to be the manager eventually pulled a £5.00 note and said, 'here is your change, by the way it's £35.00 today'. This was on a Tuesday, a day that was clearly advertised as £30.00 per hour massage! I tried to protest, but as a non smoker, I could no longer stand being in that building so I immediately vacated to escape inhaling the smoke through passive smoking. As I left, I forgot my phone! I must have been the last client on that day as I left at 8.15pm. I tracked my phone through icloud, find my Iphone and my Ipad was spot on, locating the building where my phone was. So, I tried to call my phone, it rang a few times until it was switched off; this was to continue until 3.00am! Due to the time as it was late, I decided to pursue the following day.The following day, I turned up at their offices at 10.00, asked for my phone and to my utter disbelief - they denied that the phone was ever left there! Since it was a contract phone I had to cancel everything and reported to the police. The police were made aware and they explained that due to police resources and public funding cuts, this was not something the police would prioritise. Luckily my insurance sorted me with a new phone. I feel sorry for whoever was later duped into buying that seemingly brand new Iphone that will never work as I have blocked it! Word of caution: Guys, be careful!!! Some serious gold diggers right there!!! One begins to wonder to what lengths they would go just to get your money and who knows what else... That one star was only enabled so that I could post as this was the option, otherwise ZERO for stealing!
