Ordered a replacement card due to card breaking was given a 7 day pass . still waiting for replaceme

Ordered a replacement card due to card breaking was given a 7 day pass . still waiting for replacement after 10 days advised to wait however if card does not turn up . I will need to reorder and that could be another 10 days and told I will just need to pay the farr everyday
