feeling bad.going to change surgery .some doctor are too rude that impossible to be with them specially Dr F sales.

Excellent Gps practice, ive been using this gps since I was very young and the doctors are very good and always see issues through, the receptionists always try and work around appointments and work as best they can.

On my first appointment i had a doctor who told me my beliefs are strange and said he didnt agree with my view on my sickness which was so rude. Then after this i had a doctor say he is not going to help me and it is not an emergency at all and put the phone down. Then also the receptionist Kristen got in on the act and put the phone down on me saying i am interurpting her which wasnt true it was her interupting me. I would NOT reccommend this place AT ALL. Even when i got my vacenations done the nurse was tutting and complaining about time and everything worried about what people were saying outside. ALL ROUND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE DOCTOR WHO PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME ACTUALLY CAME OUT PHYSICALLY AND STARTED TELLING ME IF I MISBEHAVE I WILL BE REMOVED AND STARTED SHOUTING. I mean seriously. Stay away.

The best surgery around. No problem in getting appointments. All staff helpful from receptionist to GP. They go over and beyond to help. Highly recommended

My baby has Down syndrome so I feel like I’m constantly on the phone to them for an appointment. Every time I ring I always get an appointment for the same day and get seen if needs be. Any doctor we get they have always been amazing with my son! I also had an appointment recently and I had Dr. Jafari. He was very thorough and did all tests necessary putting my mind at ease. By far one of the best surgeries in Bolton.

My family have been registered with this surgery for almost five years, the service provided has been very good. Whether in person or a phone consultation, the GPs have listened to our concerns and have acted appropriately. I am especially thankful to Dr Jafari.

Just joined the practice and saw a lovely man Dr B Patel he had a telephone consultation about my daughter and was very friendly and explained everything well and asked us to come in to look at her. Very happy with this service thankyou.

I have been at this doctors for 39 years and I think they are great. Yes, sometimes the receptionists can be a bit abrupt, however this does not apply to them all. I have always been able to get an appointment when I have needed it. The doctors used to display how many appointments had been missed each month by people not attending and not cancelling. One month it was over 100 which was disgusting. It is this type of behaviour that take appointments from others who may need them. The doctors do not know when someone won't attend until on the day when it is too late. I think the doctors are fantastic. Dr Tran helped to looked after my terminally I'll mum. He treated her with respect, compassion and thoughtfulness at all times. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I can see Kisten has had some negative feedback above, however I feel she is one of the nicest receptionists I have ever met. She is always cheerful and willing to help. I would recommend this surgery without hesitation.
