Excellent service always, timer on the door for opening is 5 minutes after the time it said, but apart from that a great little launderette and dry cleaners.

I rang this laundrette this morning before coming with my washing to get a quote for the pricing. Plus as id never used a laundrette i wanted to know what the process was. Unfortunately i didnt get the women's name but whoever answered the phone has never heard of good customer service. She answered my question so abruptly and rudely that i was actually shocked. She eventually told me the prices would be between £8 - £28 but i won't be coming here anyway now that i know the staff are like this. I can see other reviews below that are diabolocal, the owner needs to get rid of this member of staff or train them in the basics of good customer service.

It is such a shame that depending on which member of staff you get. The review goes from one to five stars. I do know that the blond attractive older lady is absolutely lovely and always does a great job. Is pleasant and softly spoken. She alone is a positive example of good customer service. The other lady not so much. She may not be aware that she comes across as rude but she does. You feel like she doesn't want to be there. I hope you can sort these reviews out. I highly recommend Spring Clean, a laundromat in Ashton on Mersey which I visited today. What sets it apart from other laundromats is that they have a triple load washing machine for duvets up to king size. The staff are helpful, the facilities are clean and the machines are well maintained. What more can you ask for!

Disaster,if anything goes wrong on a Sunday, your on your own, pointless phoning just get answer machine,been waiting 3 hours for someone to get back to me.

Lovely clean place, good value for money and some lovely staff.
