I had been suffering from a painful shoulder and neck due to weight training and sitting at a desk all day. The pain has been constant for the last 3 years and I have visited many therapists to sort the problem but none have managed to sort the problem. I visited Pam at the Sport & Therapeutic Clinic. I was welcomed with a smile and the centre was lovely and welcoming. Pam started the treatment by using Ultra sound and then massage. She also took time to show me effective stretches to do at home. Since visiting Pam my pain has reduced by over 80% and I feel that one more visit will sort my issues. I am so glad that I found Pam ... she is a keeper.
