After 31 years of playing hockey, I have picked up some injuries along the way. My back had been really sore for some time but within one session, Rich had managed to unpick the niggles and made me feel so much better. I will definitely return, should I have any more problems. His calm and friendly manner made you feel instantly relaxed, and he communicated throughout the whole session what he was doing. I highly recommend Rich to anyone who has aches, pains and injuries. He was brilliant!

Highly recommend Richard, makes you feel at ease, listens to all your concerns and explains everything as he goes along. My back feels much better since my sports massage last Monday and I was able to gain insight to what Richard thought I had done. Cannot fault him in the slightest. If you have an ache or struggling to move get yourself to Richard.
