Visited sports massage a few weeks ago after having pains in my shoulder. Rhys was very professional and knowledgeable. He went through some useful exercises and stretches and gave me a rota of what to do at home. The massage after was excellent, working on the problem area at first then full shoulders. Felt better straight away and keeping up with recommended stretches. Would definitely return. Ali West

Worked with Jan to relieve some very annoying pain in my shoulder when working out. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend, Jan was fantastic. After a brief chat to understand the issue he focussed on the exact area that was giving me trouble, working the tissue deeply, and after a day or so everything felt so much better. Just been for a second session to tweak another muscle in my shoulder and i feel so much better. Jan is a great guy, without doubt very confident and knowledgeable and excellent value for money. I felt in good hands immediately and will return again.

Jan uses a wide variety of very insightful and modern techniques to produce really great results. There were major improvements every time I went, some areas were fixed instantly. I was surprised at how effective the treatments were, and how much I leaned about the body. Jan has a very extensive knowledge of massage, and on many other areas of the body, and is excellent on giving advice on how to live healthy and well in general. He'll also tell you a lot about the specific situation you have, helping you to understand how it works, how to keep improving it, and exercises to keep it well when youre not at his spa. There are many exercises which I have that have given me opportunity to improve areas which were long term problems. Many of the areas I had problems with are completely perfect now, due to his skills, and have been for a long time (6 months on). some of them were completely fixed after on quick session. My ankles had problems for a long time, with cramps and spasms and sensitivity and tightness and weakness. I had one session with him, and all of the problems in there were gone... instantly. I couldn't believe it. They had been there for nearly a year, and nothing I did helped. He said "enjoy your new ankles", and they literally did feel like new ankles, and still do. There were many problems I had - ribbons of pain running across my back, tightness in my lower back, tightness across my shoulders, pain and limited movement in my legs and back, cramps in my shins, and more... He worked on each area and improved and corrected them. He uses techniques to stretch your body and do it in a comfortable way, even on some areas which were painful to have therapy on he was able to use techniques to reduce the pain to basic discomfort. He always knows how to focus on the right areas, it always seems like I was giving him minimal information, and he got straight to the problem area with a good solution. If you're not sure if he can help, give him a call and you'll soon have a proper idea. Its not often you find a service as good as this, I would say its definitely worth it.

Jan is a friendly, knowledgable guy and fantastic value for what he does. I would recommend him to anyone who works out or lifts weights and has concerns about tightness, aches or pains. I couldn't touch my toes before I walked in now I can and feel it's done my body the world of good!
