Twice recently I had been to this branch once to purchase some trainers with my young child and coat for my partner twice I have have come across the the same person who calls himself a so called store manager with the worst customer service I have ever come across. I have been a regular customer there for many years in store and online purchasing click and collect and never had this problem.If you need help and as a customer youl say excuse me do you have this size the store manager would have a face on him would not acknowledge stands 3 metres away doesnt approach you and reply a with WHAT! once I said the coat I am looking is here as I was standing by it you should come here he had replied I don't need to you can ask me from here where I am standing. The second incident is where I had to exchange trainers were in good condition boxed receipt were all there..I was first told what are you exchanging it for I had tried showing him on my phone which trainers I was after but had internet connection issues by that time I was asked have you worn these I had said no I was asked repeatedly I felt very bullied and made me look like that I'm lying and formost a very big let down in customer service that too from a store called manager he then went and called a shop floor assistant and asked him has this been worn? His colleague obviously agreed and then said Its been worn outside I was not given any real honest reason to make this simple exchange so difficult by certain rude arrogant staff. Sort the problem out as I can see I am not the only person complaining and I hope no one else has Issues with this branch and with certain staff members. However I have had a wonderful experience at another branch which had made my shopping experience and life much easier so thank you to them and keep up the good work! I will not be shopping at Wembley branch good luck in sorting your customer service skills out!
