Got what we wanted. Great prices. Sales assistant could have been more attentive. Totally had no idea we were there. Too busy talking to colleagues and watching who was coming into the store, as if she was expecting someone.

Absolutely 💯 % great service and customer service, miles better then JD Sports. Travelled from London and went to JD Sports who were unable to help and were just being awkward. Staff at Sports Direct checked what we wanted thrice over and ensured I was happy with what I had asked for.

As I expected, the store was quite inaccessible for anyone using a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Many clothes rails left in front of other clothes rails. Boxes and packaging left strewn over the floor. Accessibility is a right, not a privilege!
