Awful customer service! Staff member was a bit rude, very unmotivated and would not want to be helpful at all by avoiding customers. I don't understand how they're even hired if they are so incapable of giving a basic decent service. How can I possibly buy anything when there is usually either nobody there to bring me a pair of shoes or they are acting like you(the customer) are an annoyance. I felt VERY unwelcomed!!!

The service is appalling! I came to return items and the young teenage shop assistant shouted across the shop. "She wants to return this". So rude!! Also, bought a football kit for my 2 year old (not branded). The t shirt couldn't even put on - it was so small and really long. The shorts were too big. They fitted my 5 year old. Just cheap Chinese junk...

I been to the store today to buy shoes for my kids but the staff was really rude in shoe section. I will never go to that store again.

This store NEVER ever picks up the phone! It’s an absolute disgrace. They must miss out on so much custom!

If a company cannot even get it's opening hours correct on it's own website it doesn't deserve to be in business. The service is poor to average and the discounts are lies. It's a shame most of the competition shut down as this outfit are a shambles. Got served by a rude young man. Raised the issue of the hours with another in store robot. Blamed Google for their own site being wrong and could not even manage an apology for making me wait outside. Poor service.

The difference between the state of how this shop was and how it is now is simply remarkable. Upon speaking to few staff on the floor it was revealed that since the new manager has taken over this branch, the shop appears tidy, clean and extremely organized. The branch manager needs a major recognition within the company. It was a pleasant experience with a lasting positive vibe. Keep up! 18.08.2021
