Walked in at 7.15pm hour hour before closing to buy some football boots No one wanted to help me, when I found the one I want they said we are closed so no one will be able to get my size. I told them I want leave until I get the boots I want as had a football game to get to and left my boots at home. They have in and reluctantly gave me what I want. I was only 5 minutes into there closing time If this was there own shop they would not treat you like this, because it's a chain they don't care. ILL BE WRITING TO MIKE ASHLEY

Appalling customer services very rude manager and staff are extremely rude... this would be last time I will be coming to this store... don’t waste your time in here go somewhere where people are helpful

I visited this store with my young son to purchase a football shirt with the intention of getting the shirt printed. Dissapointed that they did not have the shorts to accompany the shirt and then told their shirt printing machine is not working. They advised to go to Greenford which I duly did and that store had the machine working but not the letters or numbers to print on the shirt. They told me to go to Uxbridge. The next day rather than waste my time I telephoned the Uxbridge store on 6 separate occasions and no answer on their phones. I visited the store to be told - guess what, they also do not have the numbers or letters to do the printing. By now, fuming at the terrible service I asked to speak to the manager and showed him my phone with the 6 missed calls and asked how such a nationwide brand cannot answer their phones. He shrugged with no plausible explanation other than “ the phones are downstairs”. Each branch does not even have the courtesy to phone another and yet they redirect customers on a wild goose chase. A very very poor service.

Had a bad experience today. I had to wait for someone to come and help me in the shoe section for more than 15 minutes even after telling a member of the staff twice. Always short of staff.

Trying to call them since 2pm no1 pick my calls

If we talk about quality in this store doesn’t exist. Shoes and clothing probably are mixed with some “fake” because bought many product’s from this store and all gone. Thanks but I prefer others. I totally avoid this place.

I always purchase clothes from sports direct beacause its quality is good

Reasonable price good friendly man find very quickly my shoes size .. only problem I got £50 note they don't expect it because there was hole on the note

Ask 1 member of staff where something was and he couldn't even speak English and came across rude.

Just went to change an item. Variety of things and very reasonable.
