Sports Direct glasgow

The shop is really big and there is a good variety of products however i couldnt find any staff to ask the size of shoes. In the whole floor there was literally noone. In the next one there was one but literally running almost like she didnt want to get caught by a customer. Same thing happened in another floor too. Once it was time to pay, there were about 20 people in the queue with only one cashier working for the 5 floor shop.

Staff need proper customer service training, attitude was dreadful last time I went in. All branches have same problem, especially Sauchiehall st branch. Spent 25 minutes waiting for "staff" to be bothered to help me, then they were cheeky arrogant, lazy and unhelpful... totally unprofessional. Store was absolutely filthy, (Sauchiehall st.). When I complained on Twitter they could not be bothered with me (they don't deal with the disabled) Haven’t been back in since last time. I blocked them on twitter. Not a good impression at all.

Went in for a new pair of trainers, after selecting ones i liked it took me a while to find a staff member to get the box for me. Also took me a while to find the till as the layout is very confusing. Prices aren't too bad though but might go elsewhere next time.

Are land line phones a thing of the past, Tried phoning for SD to check a stock item at 10.20am,phone just rang out. Tried my bank yesterday and the same experience,companies might as well have them disconnected,look at the savings,but look also at your loss of sales!!!

Tourist review: good value for your money. The two blond girls are cold & robot but the boy that helped me was patient and professional. Shoe, coat & bag = £100 best.

Good selection of clothes, sports equipments and accessories. However, when it comes to female branded (Nike / Adidas) shoes the store is severely lacking. Also, I felt like the staff was pushing us to get out of the store when it was 6.50pm. Not like in a good way.
