Plenty of choice of clothing, footwear, sports equipment. Not the highest of quality, but prices are cheap. No refunds, credit notes only, so difficult if item not suitable and they have no alternative in store. Staff not particularly helpful as never enough on duty. Free parking, no disabled access to Upper floor and open 7 days a week.

Took my 10 years old daughter to buy a pair of trainer at the branch within Debenham. It happened the one she wanted and the sizes one of the trainer is on display on the shelf and has a security tag on it. Asked if the tag can be removed , so she can try the trainer on as being lace up I would like to make sure it fitted her and she happy and its comfortable. To my surprised the answer one word answer "NO" I asked what you mean you can't take the tag off so my daughter can tied up the laces ... NO Left and when straight to skecher and brought her a pair. If I can give NO STAR that would be my choice. Overall Customer services -10

I had a bad experience with the manager Sam. I tried to return a pair of AstroTurf trainers which my 10 year old bought with his birthday money. Unfortunately too narrow. I did not have the right box. When I asked what the right box looked like I did not get a proper answer. Instead I was told that they never sold those shoes in this store and when I insisted we bought them there he said I did not and when I said are you implying that I am trying to get money from you he replied "you could be". Outrageous. I told him I would be making a complaint and we would never shop there again. They lost about a £1000 regular yearly income from us! 😤😤😤

Incredibly rude staff. I was trying on shoes and intended to make a purchase. The manager (and his associates) were visibly irritated that I was trying on shoes close to closing time and asked me to leave. I won’t be returning to Sports Direct and I will be returning a purchase from earlier in the week. I don’t want my money going to a company who treats customers with such disrespect.

First if all, you should know that this sports direct is located on the top floor of the Debenhams' building. But do not rush there, some members of staff (or at least this Latino guy) are extremely rude and clearly do not want to help you. Other than that, it is a sports direct with everything that you would expect to find there.
