Wow! Never had such bad customer service in a British shop before, the guy "helping" me was beyond rude and actually bordering on aggressive. I was trying to return shoes Id only had for one day and he wouldn't do it, and he told me so with great attitude and anger. I was so shocked I was completely calm and this guy was so rude. Won't be returning to this branch anytime soon. :/

Shopping at Sports Direct is never going to be pleasant, but this one has an outright dangerous floor on the lower level. In several places it pitches upwards suddenly like a pointy, foot-high speedbump is under the lino. Its very easy to trip on, and the black and yellow safety take they are covered in doesn't always prepare you for the danger underfoot.

Undoubtedly the worst customer service I've ever experienced at the till, spent 20 mins total getting an exchange because they were incredibly slow and made me join the back of the queue several times. They clearly didn't know/want me to make the exchange. The fact that you can't get a full refund on items is extremely sketchy - make sure you'r e aware of this before purchasing anything.

Very disappointed with the service provided here. I had made an online order and came into store to get a refund (as I would have had to pay for postage on the return) however, after 10 minutes of waiting at the tills I was told I could only get a credit note or an exchange. As I was not interested in a credit note, I asked if they that the item I had ordered in a different colour in stock. The lady proceeded to take another 5 minutes to find out and came back to me saying she doesn't know but I can have a look for it myself in the store. I was utterly disappointed with the lack of customer service in this store but also the company for not providing a method for customers to receive full refund on online orders.

Treated myself today even though I'm a disabled gentleman of a certain age not a hipster. I've been going to this barbers since it opened. I wouldn't be as comfortable anywhere else.
