This is one of the clusters of shops in the Brislington retail park, does not have all the options available as you see online, the same is the case with any of their stores. Staff is friendly and the premises are clean. Delivery times are comparatively late and don't even bother calling them as they would not answer. They do not refund cash and would give you credit notes. Ample parking spaces and all other shops and eateries are in the vicinity. Would not recommend unless if you have ample time for collecting your delivery or looking to save some bucks.

I don’t think I’ve had a more consistently painful experience trying to buy boots/Astro’s. Been twice and both times I’ve had to walk about 3 laps of the store trying to find a member of staff to help. And when they do make their annual pass through the store, they make every effort to void you like a Jehovah’s Witness. I would have had better luck trying to steal the boots to get their attention, appalling.

Like a jumble sale... Que I was in kept increasing due to a very slow member of staff - If she was learning then that's fair but why not stick another till on the go at busy periods then back to one if not so busy - Easy stuff, poor management really...

Phone is set to 'time out' after 7 rings. I gave the benefit of the doubt and waited for 10 mins before calling back the first time, and the second... then continued to call them nonstop for 10 minutes at 3:30pm in the afternoon (not lunchtime). No one picked up. I should have used Amazon.

Shoes, glorious shoes (and lots of other sportswear, besides). Another one of those shops with a "permanent" sale on. Great for kids shoes, as they grow out of them quickly. The prices are cheap, but not meant to last as a result. There's a vast array which is honestly, quite spectacular, so you should be able to find something to suit - as long as it's not high end items such as Merrell or Salomon, where the likes of Blacks will best serve you instead.
