Sports centre has recently been updated with great facilities! The climbing centre is great with a good variety of bouldering and top rope/lead. The staff were all really friendly and always happy to offer advice. The other courts and facilities all looked great too. There’s even a coffee shop on site!

Not sure about the whole gym. Just been there for a coffee and to play squash. Parking available and there is always someone at reception. I guess just pop down and see what you think. I have been told there is plenty of cardiovascular machines and free weights . Swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Tennis, badminton courts and an indoor climbing for all different levels.

Enjoyed the facilities. Great swim. I'd have given a five star rating if a male had not wondered into the female changing area. Such a pitty.
