Telephone service terrible. The attitude of the staff other than Angie is discusting these are not people people. Only one or two doctors actually listen and care about you. There most common phrase leave it a few weeks and then we'll try help .discusting

I have nothing but praise for this practice, I understand the high amount of pressure Doctors and staff are under these days and it is not helped by a government that insists on putting more and more work on these people. hopefully when thing settle down in Westminster things will improve for all the wonderful staff at Spondon, and all NHS practices country wide.
