Slash Pools Limited have been a pleasure for my husband and I to work with. Not knowing a lot about this area they advised us completely on our options and what would suit us best. They did not over sell to us they actually explained that although we may have wanted something specific it was more cost effective long term to go for a different option. The hot tub arrived as described and the installation team were very cheerful, helpful and couldn’t not ask enough if I understood everything and told me not to hesitate to call them if I wasn’t 100% clear. They gave us advise on how best to maintain and manage the hot tub. All round great experience and although we haven’t had the hot tub for more than two days we don’t doubt they would give us the help we needed should anything go wrong in the future Thank you guys

No high-pressure sales tactics just friendly good old-fashioned nice and professional service. Jamie was very helpful and courteous. The same levels of friendliness and professionalism were demonstrations today when we received the delivery. The installation engineers could not have been any more helpful if they tried.

I couldn’t recommend Splash Pools Ltd enough. Their service and their general passion to help and direct me finding the perfect hot tub for me. I spent months reaserching about hot tubs but I can safely say when I saw the Coast Spa they directed me too I wanted it straight away.
